Clients Background:

The Brand is known for its high-quality fabrics and garments, crafted with a deep respect for tradition and craftsmanship. From sourcing the best raw materials to the final weaving process, the brand ensures every fabric reflects quality and attention to detail.

The Challenge:

Before working with us, The Brand was running paid ads but struggled with scaling. Their ad spend was limited to around $1,000 per day, and whenever they tried to increase it, the cost per purchase went up, and ROAS dropped. They needed a strategy that would allow them to scale profitably while maintaining a strong return on investment.

The Strategy

1. Optimizing Ad Creatives

  • Existing ads were too generic and weren’t highlighting their product’s premium quality.
  • We created high converting direct response videos that focused on key product benefits like elegance, comfort, and craftsmanship.
  • This approach helped double engagement and conversions almost immediately.

2. Building a Stronger Sales Funnel on Facebook

  • We tested multiple audience segments, balancing broad targeting for new customer acquisition and retargeting warm audiences (website visitors, Instagram engagers, and past purchasers).

  • Previously, retargeting wasn’t a priority, but once we optimized it, sales saw a big jump.

3. Leveraging Google & YouTube for Retargeting

  • Due to iOS 14+ changes, Facebook’s retargeting became expensive and less effective.

  • We shifted focus to Google & YouTube remarketing campaigns, testing different ad formats and messaging to push potential buyers down the funnel.

  • This helped reduce acquisition costs and boosted overall conversions.

The Results:

🚀Ad spend scaled from $1,000 per day to nearly $20,000 per day.

📈 Daily revenue reached over $200,000 with a solid 5x ROAS.

🔥Conversion rates improved significantly, allowing The Brand to scale profitably without increasing CAC too much.
